    Meet Your Hosts

    Open April 1 - October 31

Relax and enjoy the friendly, family atmosphere of the Madison KOA.

Relax and enjoy the friendly, family atmosphere of the Madison KOA. We are located just 6 miles north of Wisconsin's vibrant capital city with easy on/off access to I39/90/94. The area offers a wide variety of eating establishments within a short distance from the campground and we are also close to several RV & vehicle repair facilities. Our staff can direct you to some of the many attractions in the area including the Capitol Square, UW campus, House on the Rock, Vilas Park Zoo, Little Norway, Little Switzerland, golf courses, bike trails, casinos, fishing and much, much, more. During your stay at our park, you can take a dip in our swimming pool, toss horseshoes, play a game of pool, rent pedal bikes or just relax at your campsite with a snack and beverage from our convenience store.

If you would like to experience the RV lifestyle, but don't have one yet, give us a call about renting one of our on-site Jayco Travel Trailers. This is also a great way to go camping without the hassle of putting up the tent.

    See ya soon!

Jeff & Linda Irwin have worked in a lot of different areas of the RV Industry, and decided one day that they wanted to be on the “fun” side of the business. Linda says "We have met some of the most wonderful people from all over the world, and have made lifelong friends that come back year after year. What we thought was going to be a fun experience has turned out to exceed our wildest expectations!"

The Irwins also wanted to help preserve the "camping" lifestyle. At the time they purchased their campground, many parks were being sold to developers.

Jeff says, "We don’t want any “unhappy campers” at our campground. We want to make sure that everyone enjoys their time with us and leave feeling like they are a part of our family, looking forward to coming back again!"
